Christmas

We started off the holiday with grandma and grandpa Reid. It was a Lego Christmas for Ben from them. He got all Lego gifts and we put together half of them that night after they left. He really loves Legos!

Then we were off to good old Gore, OK to stay with mom for the week. My brothers kids were all there too, so we did some Christmas activities. We made placemats and place cards for everyone who was coming for Christmas dinner. We made Christmas cookies and decorated them. We made links from construction paper to decorate the house. I had other ideas, like ornaments and a Gingerbread house, but I was pretty much craft-ed out by Thursday, so aunt Robyn got to do the Gingerbread house with the kids on Thursday. The weather was actually somewhat warm at the beginning of the week, so the kids played outside a little.

Christmas morning, Ben opening his stocking.

A present for Lauren from Santa.

Lauren checking out the Santa loot for her and Ben.

Lauren and chub chub. Don't ask me, that is my brother's dog and he probably named him. Lauren loves dogs....

Her new purse she got from Santa.

Cute hat my mom got for the kids to wear.

Kids checking out the snow in the back yard on our White Christmas!

Lauren and her cousin, Sarah.

Then we headed off to Tulsa to spend some time with the Elliott's. Ben and Lauren helped grandma hand out presents.

Then Lauren got her first hair cut, EVER. From her big sis. I really like it. It is about shoulder length and I think that is going to be the ideal length for her type of hair. It is kind of like mine and my hair just does not do well when it is long. Until she gets old enough to style it herself.

The kids love it when Uncle Chris is around. He does cool things like swing them around a million times. They love it!

Finally have some pictures of all three kids, but not every one cooperates....

Here is Lauren's hair styled by big sis. She is also wearing the new boots Adria got her. Doesn't she look soooo cute.
